RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@speed45.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note
     ●     1. Goods in Transit Return/Refund Request: If a customer submits a return/refund request while the goods are still in transit and have not yet arrived, the customer will be eligible for a refund. The refunded amount will be reduced by the applicable shipping costs.
     ●     2. Quality Issues within One Month of Receipt: In the event that a customer requests a refund/return of the electric bikes due to quality issues within one month of receiving the product, the customer is entitled to a full refund. This refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product and subsequent verification of the reported problem. If the returned product is found to be free of the reported issues, the customer will be refunded the amount minus the shipping costs.
     ●     3. Refunds/Returns Outside of One Month Window: For refund/return requests made outside of the one-month return window, the customer will be eligible for partial refunds. These refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product, and the refunded amount will be determined based on the degree of depreciation. Both shipping costs and depreciation fees will be deducted from the full amount.
     ●     4. Verification Process: All refund/return requests are subject to a verification process to ensure the accuracy of the claim. If the returned product is found to be in satisfactory condition without the reported issues, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
     ●     5. All parts and components are eligible for free replacement within 12 months from the date of receipt in the case of non-man-made damage. For incidents beyond the initial 12-month period, the buyer is responsible for covering the costs associated with spare parts, including both the actual components and the associated shipping expenses.
