We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.
- ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
- DELIVERY TIMELINE AND TRACKING
Upon agreeing on a specified date or within 2 business day after order acceptance (if no date is specified), shipment processing commences. All goods will be shipped from our warehouses in France, Poland or the US, and are expected to reach you within 5-7 working days. Please note that orders shipped to Australia may experience longer delivery times. Upon shipment, you will receive an automated email containing tracking details.
